The leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) have cautioned politicians from Igbo land to be wary of their insensitive and provocative actions capable of causing political killings and social disorder in Igbo land.
MASSOB in a statement issued by its leader, comrade Uchenna Madu, which a copy was made available to Diaspora Digital Media, specifically warned Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State to caution his political thugs, intimidators and sponsored political foot soldiers equipped and used to attack and maim political opponents in Enugu State.
MASSOB reminded Mr. Peter Mbah that being a member of opposition party is not a crime.
“Stop your political intimidating tendencies on opposition figures because no one has monopoly of violence in Enugu State.
“Governor Peter Mbah is turning Enugu State into a blood letting venture. We shall resist it at all cost because Enugu State is Biafra Land.
“2027 general election is not a do or die affair, it’s not bloodletting war scene”, the statement partly reads.
MASSOB also warned the the youths that are being contracted and used to cause political mayhem in Enugu State to know that seeds of bloodletting being planted by them must be reaped by them soon.
“Igbo land is not known or remarked as a ground for senseless political killings and callous destruction of lives and properties of our people. 2027 general election will soon be over in Igbo land”, it added.
However, MASSOB warned Governor Peter Mbah to stop creating political tension in Enugu State because it will consume him.
