Nigerian content creator and streamer Carter Efe has publicly called out controversial activist VeryDarkMan, igniting yet another wave of online drama between two outspoken internet personalities. In a heated outburst, Carter Efe did not hold back as he accused VeryDarkMan of spreading false narratives and manipulating stories for financial gain.

Reacting to the possibility of being dragged online, Carter Efe appeared unfazed, boldly stating that he would capitalize on the situation by going live for extended hours—up to 50 hours if necessary—while gaining subscriptions and views in the process. His response suggests a shift in stance, as he admitted that he was previously intimidated by VeryDarkMan, whom he claimed once attempted to damage his career. Now, however, he insists he is no longer afraid.

Carter Efe went further to question VeryDarkMan’s credibility, alleging that he frequently fabricates stories and expressing frustration over why many people continue to believe him. He specifically referenced ongoing claims involving music star Mr P, accusing VeryDarkMan of building a multi-part narrative—“Part 1 to 3”—based on falsehoods.

In his strongest remarks, Carter Efe alleged that the activist deliberately creates controversy and “forges lies” as a strategy to drive engagement and earn monetization revenue from his content, particularly on YouTube. The accusation adds a new layer to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding VeryDarkMan’s methods and motives.

The clash has since drawn significant attention across social media, with fans and observers divided. While some support Carter Efe’s bold stance and willingness to speak out, others remain skeptical, noting that both personalities are known for controversy and online theatrics.

As tensions continue to rise, the exchange underscores the increasingly blurred line between activism, entertainment, and content monetization in Nigeria’s digital space, where influence often comes with both loyalty and backlash.
