Coca Cola launches 2025 technical trainee program for Nigerians

(DDM) – Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company has officially opened applications for its 2025 Technical Trainee Program, creating new career opportunities for Nigerian youths.

DDM gathered that the program will run for 18 months, combining classroom-based learning with hands-on factory training across multiple company facilities.

Program structure and training phases

The first twelve months of the program will be conducted at Coca Cola HBC’s headquarters in Lagos.

During this phase, trainees will receive intensive technical and theoretical instruction tailored to engineering and industrial operations.

The remaining six months will involve rotational placements across various Coca Cola plants in Nigeria.

This structure is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s production processes and operational systems.

Eligibility criteria and application process

To qualify, applicants must possess at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in engineering or a closely related discipline.

Candidates are also expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to completing the program and building a career within the company.

Applications must be submitted online via Coca Cola’s official careers portal before August 29, 2025.

Late submissions will not be considered, according to information released by the company.

Benefits for selected candidates

Selected participants will receive a monthly stipend throughout the 18-month training period.

Depending on individual performance, successful trainees may also be offered permanent employment within Coca Cola HBC upon graduation.

The company emphasized that the initiative reflects its commitment to nurturing homegrown talent and strengthening Nigeria’s skilled workforce.
