The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has, on Wednesday, adjourned till May 18, the appeal seeking to nullify the election of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
The appellants are the Incorporated Trustees of the Civil Society Observatory for Constitutional and Legal Compliance (CSOCLC).
CSOCLC are also seeking to swear in the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 presidential election, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, as Nigeria leader.

CSOCLC, through its counsel, Nnamdi Ahaiwe, had in 2019, asked the court to nullify the election of President Buhari, contending that Buhari’s affidavit was fake.
At the resumed hearing on Wednesday, two lawyers, Oluwole Afolabi and F. O. Amedu, appeared for both the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Buhari.
Each argued he is the genuine representative of the ruling government, which caused the judge to postpone the matter.
The three-member panel, presided by Justice Haruna Tsamani, premised the adjournment of the appeal on an issue of representation which it said the ruling administration ought to reconcile.
