And rather than compromising the competition’s quality, this enhances the opportunity for remarkable performances on the pitch,” Infantino stated.

This historic decision marks a significant milestone in the world of football. With Saudi Arabia set to host the prestigious tournament for the first time. The 2034 World Cup will also be the first time the expanded 48-team tournament is held in a single country.
