Social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse, aka, VeryDarkman, has open up after his release by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged money laundering.
In a video shared online and recorded by his lawyer, Barrister Deji Adeyanju shortly after his release, VDM expressed shock over the allegations, questioning how someone without wealth could be linked to money laundering.
“How can they accuse someone who doesn’t have money of money laundering? I’ve done a lot of charity work, and they wonder how. They don’t know I go into debt just to do charity. Anyway, I’m out now—with my lawyer, of course,” he said.
