*Demand declaration of Sylva as winner
Bayelsans are currently engaged in protest over the cancellation of election result from Southern Ijaw Local Government Area following the Bayelsa State gubernatorial polls conducted on December 5.
The Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] had declared the election inconclusive due to massive rigging and violence by both state and non-state actors.
The protesters, among other things are demanding announcement of the result and declaration of the All Progressives COngress [APC] candidate, Timipre Sylva as winner of the election.
