PDP: Former NWC hands over to Makarfi-led caretaker c’tee

Former National Working Committee members of the Peoples Democratic Party just handed over to Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led caretaker committee.

Former National Working Committee members (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP]] just handed over to the Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led caretaker committee.

The handover was done in a brief ceremony at the PDP National Secretariat, Abuja.

At the occasion, Chairman, National Caretaker Committee, Senator Makarfi made a brief acceptance speech.

Afterwards, the formal handover of leadership by the former Deputy National Chairman and former Acting National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus to the Chairman of the National Caretaker Committee, H.E. Senator Makarfi was conducted.

The arrival of The Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu and Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose to the National Secretariat of the Party to receive the National Caretaker Committee

Several PDP stalwarts were seen at the venue, including the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu.

Also present to receive the National Caretaker Committee was the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose at the National Secretariat of the Party.
