Nigerian streamer and content creator Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has amused social media users after pretending to be a small TikTok creator while meeting Canadian actor and TikToker Danny Olabi near the famous CN Tower in Toronto, Canada.

In a video shared online, the 21-year-old entertainer approached Olabi and reportedly presented himself as someone trying to grow his social media presence. Rather than revealing his popularity, Peller asked the Canadian content creator, who has approximately 1.6 million TikTok followers, to give him a shout-out.

The interaction took an unexpected turn when Olabi checked Peller’s TikTok profile and discovered that the Nigerian streamer had an audience many times larger than his own.

Peller’s account, @realpeller, had approximately 17.9 million followers around the time of the encounter, leaving Olabi visibly surprised by the revelation.

The Canadian entertainer reportedly reacted with disbelief, initially appearing to think that Peller was playing a prank on him. The two eventually celebrated their meeting, with Peller later sharing the moment with his followers.

The encounter quickly attracted reactions online, particularly because Peller’s approach played on the difference between his public personality and the impression he created during the conversation. Known for his energetic livestreams, spontaneous jokes and humorous interactions, the Nigerian creator appeared to enjoy allowing Olabi to discover his online popularity for himself.
