The protest itself, which drew a significant number of participants, was organized to call attention to the worsening security situation across the country. Demonstrators carried placards and chanted slogans demanding government action, expressing frustration over frequent reports of kidnappings, attacks, and general insecurity affecting communities nationwide.

Tensions were further heightened as security operatives reportedly moved in to disperse the protesters. The presence of armed personnel added to the already charged atmosphere, with some demonstrators expressing fear and resistance as authorities attempted to regain control of the gathering.
