Igbo political group, Igbodike Movement has said the Minister of Works, Chief David Umahi is the most outstanding candidate to occupy political slot of the southern Nigeria in 2031.
Igbodike Movement made the declaration in a statement issued by it’s National Coordinator, Dr Peter Nwankwo.
According to the group, Umahi’s proven track record in delivering tangible results and driving national progress aligns perfectly with the qualities needed in a Vice President.
The statement reads: “The leadership of Igbodike Movement is pleased to recognize the outstanding efforts of His Excellency, Dave Umahi, the Honourable Minister of Works, in spearheading significant infrastructural developments in various regions of Nigeria. His commitment to road construction, maintenance, and overall infrastructural progress is truly commendable.
“Igbodike Movement firmly believe that Minister Umahi’s dedication and expertise make him a suitable candidate for the position of Vice President of Nigeria in 2031, following President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s anticipated second term in office.
