US Singer D4vd Faces Shock Allegations as Prosecutors Reveal Disturbing Evidence in Ongoing Case

US singer D4vd is facing intense legal scrutiny after prosecutors alleged that investigators discovered a “significant amount” of child sexual abuse material on his devices, including his phone and iCloud account, during a search connected to a broader criminal investigation.

According to prosecutors, the material was uncovered after authorities obtained search warrants while examining the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was later found in the front trunk of the singer’s Tesla in 2025. Officials say the digital evidence was part of a wider forensic review tied to the case.

In court proceedings, prosecutors further alleged that D4vd sexually abused the teenager multiple times and later killed and dismembered her, claiming the actions were intended to protect his career. These are allegations that remain unproven in court.

The artist, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has entered a not guilty plea to charges including murder and continuous sexual abuse of a minor. His legal team strongly denies the accusations and insists he will be cleared, stating that they plan to challenge the prosecution’s evidence in full.

Authorities say the investigation has involved extensive digital and forensic analysis, including data recovered from electronic devices and communications. The case has been under investigation for months, with limited public details until recent court disclosures.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez was reported missing by her family in 2025 and was last seen in the Hollywood Hills area before her body was discovered months later in a decomposed state. A medical examiner later confirmed her death was a homicide caused by multiple injuries.

Her family has publicly called for justice, describing her as a bright and loving teenager and expressing deep grief over her loss.

D4vd, who rose to fame through viral music success on social media platforms, had his tour cancelled following the discovery of the body and has since largely remained out of the public eye.

The case continues to develop, with additional court hearings scheduled as prosecutors present more evidence and the defence prepares its response.
