Why Pro-Biafra group “Re-Formed IPOB” sacked Nnamdi Kanu

THE SINS OF NNAMDI KANU AND WHY HE WAS SACKED; WHY TRIPOB WAS ALSO SACKED

Fresh facts have emerged now on why the Re-Formed Indigenous People Of Biafra sacked the leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu and the TRIPOB .

According to Ikemba Biafra, the spokesman of the group, the two groups were sacked for betraying the Biafran people.

In particular they accused Nnamdi Kanu of collecting huge sums of money from local and foreign sources to betray the cause. 

Secondly, Nnamdi Kanu was accused of insulting and denigrating respected Biafran and Igbo leaders and converting the Radio Biafra set up by the MASSOB leadership for his private propaganda machinery.

Thirdly, Kanu was accused of making utterances and statements that led to the death of so many innocent Biafran youths and the detention of many others.

They finally noted that Nnamdi Kanu is not actually sincere about the Biafran struggle but is just playing to the gallery and using the platform for fame and fortune seeking.

As for the so-called TRIPOB, Ikemba Biafra noted that it was a fall out of the internal wranglings in the IPOB   that led to its emergence. 

Members and officers of IPOB loyal to Emma Nmezu , one of the spokesmen of IPOB were behind the TRIPOB. 

There is nothing actually different between IPOB and TRIPOB, according to Ikemba Biafra and for that reason the two groups were sacked.

The RE-IPOB spokesman noted that they would name their leader on Monday, 29th August, 2016 as earlier stated. 

They would also name their proposed Mediators to any possible Dialogue with the federal government if need be.

They advised all pro-Biafra groups to remain calm and to cease any contact with Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB  or TRIPOB and await further information from RE-IPOB  new leadership. 

They re-iterated their call for the Nigerian Army not to molest or kill pro-Biafran agitators so as not to escalate the tension in the country.

Finally, the group revealed that  there is an orchestrated plan to destabilize Abia state by  the TRIPOB sponsored by a major opponent of Dr Okezie Ikpeazu from Isiukwuato who just appealed the Appeal Court judgement that favoured Dr Ikpeazu.

They warned that the Biafran movement is not a platform for political shenanigans.

The attempt to use TRIPOB to win the sympathy of the Supreme Court and influence the federal government by this particular politician is known, the spokesman stated.
