The Court of Appeal is set to deliver judgement in the case between the governor of Rivers State, Barrister Nyesom Wike of the peoples Democratic party [PDP] and the All Progressives Congress [APC] candidate, Dakuku Peterside.
It could be recalled that the Rivers State Tribunal that sat in Abuja sacked the election that saw Governor Wike to power and ordered a rerun within 90 days, a decision the embattled governor challenged in the court,
The Tribunal also sacked all 3 PDP Senators representing the state as well as all the PDP members of thee House of representatives, except one.
