Hon. Blessing Onuh, daughter of former Senate President Senator David Mark, has joined President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign as National Woman Leader of the Take Action Campaign Organisation (TACO).
Onuh, a House of Representatives member representing Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency in Benue State, pledged to work tirelessly for Tinubu’s victory, citing the administration’s achievements under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Her appointment was disclosed by the Director-General of TACO, Hon. Tony Nwulu, during a brief ceremony at the organisation’s campaign office in Abuja, where she received her letter of appointment.
She pledged to work tirelessly to ensure President Tinubu’s victory at the upcoming election while aligning herself to the achievements of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Meanwhile, the appointment comes amid speculation about her father’s position as National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), an opposition party.
The Take Action Campaign Organisation describes itself as a citizens’ platform focusing on showcasing the various achievements and educating the Nigerian masses of the reforms and policies of president Tinubu.
The ADC is part of a coalition challenging Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, led by figures like former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former governors Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi, among others.
