The Mushere Youth Movement (MYM) has condemned the attack, describing it as devastating and unacceptable.

MYM’s spokesman, Kutyil Gashion Nahum, emphasized the urgent need for a total overhaul of the security architecture in the area, citing repeated attacks on Mushere communities with no perpetrators arrested or neutralized.

The group called on the government at all levels to fulfill its constitutional duty of protecting lives and property, stressing that continued silence and inaction embolden terrorists to perpetrate more violence.
