94-year-old grandfather registers for 2025 UTME

A 94-year-old grandfather, Pa Adedapo Idowu, has registered for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Diaspora digital media (DDM) revealed that he completed his registration at the JAMB Professional Test Center in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Idowu expressed his strong desire to study political science at the University of Ibadan.

He had dreamed of attending university for many years but never had the chance to do so.

Speaking with journalists, the grandfather praised JAMB for making the registration process smooth and efficient.

He admitted that he initially feared he might not be able to sit for the examination.
