Breaking: Fani-Kayode granted N50 Million  bail, to be remanded in Kuje

The former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has been granted bail by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja

Fani-Kayode will be remanded in Kuje prison pending the time, he met up bail application.

The bail condition is in the sum of N50 million with one surety who shall present the document of a property in Abuja.

It could be recalled that former Minister was charged to court by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)‎ over money laundry.

According to the judge,I have given due consideration to the applications before me. It is not only that the charges brought against the defendant are bailable but that bail is not an escape of justice.
