The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare and the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Mr. Amaju Melvin Pinnick on Friday, presented the Super Eagles jersey No. 1 to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The presentation took place on Friday when President Buhari received in audience the Youth and Sports Development Minister and Amaju Pinnick, who is also a Member of the FIFA Council, in the State House on June 4th, 2021.
Dare and Pinnick presented the jersey ahead of the international friendly match between Nigeria and Cameroon which kicked off in Austria.
The Super Eagles lost the match 1-0 to Cameroon, their first loss in 21 years.
