A panel headed by the Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is currently interrogating the suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation [SGF], Mr. David Babachir Lawal.
Mr. Babachir Lawal is being interrogated over his involvement in the Presidential Initiative in North East [PINE] Programme scandal.
Lawal was recently relieved of his office after it was alleged that he fraudulently diverted sums meant for the alleviation of hardship in the Northeastern Nigeria for personal use.
