Below are some details of what transpired at the Presidential Election Petition Court on Friday, June 23, 2023, as documented by “General” Oluchi via Twitter.
And it goes like this…
Yusuf Baba-Ahmed is in court today!

The judges are here, and as usual, there will be a roll call which takes a few minutes before the hearing begins.
Meanwhile, it looks like Dr. Uzoukwu is ready to kick some ass in court today.
It seems like the boxes of evidence that the LP team tendered in court weeks ago will be revisited again. They are being brought to the front of the courtroom right now. We will know more soon.
After 10 days, INEC showed up to court unprepared and requested for an adjournment and the judges allowed them without a word.
Ab Mahmoud (INEC) informed the court that they have 3 witnesses to call within 3 days starting today. He’s not sure if one of the witnesses will show up today because of a personal issue. He then asked for an adjournment.
Dr. Uzoukwu told the court it would have been better if the respondent told him about it before the hearing started. “I’m not sure if it’s the boxes before them that led to the run around of posting the application,” he said.
Court is adjourned to July 4, 2023 at 9am.
AB Mahmoud had 10 days to tell us his witness won’t show up in court today!
He could have written the court to let them know so we won’t waste our time and money today.
So without his witness, he can’t present any other argument?
The important thing to note here is that INEC will round up their argument this week, so whether they have anything to present in court or not, the judges will move on to the next respondent when their time is up.
INEC had no witness to begin with and there might not be any witness tomorrow.
Well they are not delaying anyone. When their time is up we move on.
Reacting to the development, Dr. Livy Uzoukwu, the Lead counsel to Peter Obi and Labout Party (LP), said: “On our part, we prepared so well that we were ready to embark on a demolition work!”
Oluchi’s remarks:
We are not in court because INEC didn’t bring their witnesses. That’s their problem! We are in court because election crimes were committed for a fraudulent candidate.
Tinubu forfeited $460k of drug money to the US government in the 90s. Tinubu did not win the 2023 Presidential election yet he forced himself into power. Tinubu did not meet the required number of votes to be the president of Nigeria. He did not meet at least 25% of votes in FCT, Abuja like others before him did. Tinubu came a distant 4th if INEC allowed the real results to be viewed by all.
We cannot have an illegitimate president and that’s why we are in court!
Unless Nigeria does not practice democracy, then there’s absolutely no reason why anyone should force themselves into power in this day and age and you have western leaders shaking their hands and calling them on the phone. They are enablers and should be called out.
In countries where people pay taxes for everything, they get compensated with electricity, good roads, free food, housing, active law enforcement, basic healthcare, free education and so much more!
What is Tinubu offering you in exchange for all the taxing? While at Chatham house, he dodged questions and you made excuses for him. You should have forced him to attend debates and explain his policies to you, but you chose to attack the Igbos.
Even if all Igbos go back to “Anambra” like you foolishly say, you see these taxes? You go pay am by force and get nothing in return! You will cry while paying. Soon, he will tax the money in your bank accounts. Get ready!
