Two brothers in their early 20s have been arrested after they abducted and raped a 14-year-old girl in Erima community of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area in Rivers State.
The victim was reportedly walking to her uncle’s house when the brothers, identified as ‘Honest’ and Mr. Okwukwe, attacked her.
According to a community source who doesn’t want to be quoted, the girl’s mother raised an alarm when her daughter failed to return home.
The source stated that the mother’s search led to the discovery of the girl’s location, where she was being held by the brothers.
The source further disclosed that the brothers had taken turns raping the girl in an isolated compound near a bush.

She said investigation is already ongoing.
