Meanwhile, prosecutor Aminu Isaac stated the incident occurred January 17 at Gibson Lesson Centre, Agric, Owutu, Ikorodu.
Furthermore, Isaac alleged Joseph had non-consensual carnal knowledge and indecently touched her breasts and buttocks.
Consequently, authorities charged Joseph under Lagos State 2015 Criminal Law Sections 137 and 135(1).
Section 137 prescribes a penalty of life imprisonment for offenders convicted of defilement.
The court adjourned the case to April 10, ordering the defendant’s continued to be remanded.
