Namadi warns against diversion of subsidised agricultural inputs

Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State sternly warned farmers against diverting subsidized agricultural inputs. He emphasized that strict adherence is essential to ensure these resources reach their intended recipients.

Moreover, during the launch of the 2025 Summer Rice Farming Program in Jura village, Auyo LGA, Namadi highlighted the importance of these crucial inputs.

“This initiative not only develops agriculture but also secures food supplies,” he declared passionately. As a result, over 55,000 farmers will receive 360 tons of rice seeds and 70 harvesters.
