The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] has arraigned the Air Vice Marshal Saliu Atawodi (retd) for fraud.
Air Vice Marshal Atawodi is the former chairman, Presidential Implementation Committee on Maritime Safety (PICOMSS).
He was arraigned on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, with one Rabiu Hassan and his company, Hypertech Nigeria Limited.

The duo were docked before Justice U. P. Kekemeke of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
They were indicted on a three- count charge bordering on conspiracy, abuse of office and misappropriation of public funds.
The accused persons allegedly defrauded the government to the tune of over N600m through suspicious contracts to procure military boats.
