The federal government of Nigeria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to construct the Lagos-Ibadan and Calabar-Port Harcourt rail line.
Signing on behalf of the federal government is the Honourable Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.
Managing Director, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation [CCECC], Jack Li equally signed on behalf of the Chinese counterparts.
