Senate on Wednesday agreed to fix screening of Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] on Thursday (tomorrow) after six months.
Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo had on July forwarded the confirmation of Magu as EFCC chairman to Senate when President Muhammadu Buhari traveled on a day vacation in London.
However, at the plenary session on Wednesday Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu who presided over the plenary session announced the scheduled screening of EFCC boss.
According to him, the board members of the anti-graft agency would also be screened.
They are Nasule Moses, Lawan Maman, Garandaji Imam Naji and Adeleke Adebayo Rafiu.
