Breaking: Senate to Screen EFCC boss Magu on Thursday

‎Senate on Wednesday agreed to fix screening of Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] on Thursday (tomorrow) after six months.

Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo had on July forwarded the confirmation of Magu as EFCC chairman to Senate when President Muhammadu Buhari traveled on a day vacation in London.‎

However, at the plenary session on Wednesday Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu who presided over the plenary session announced the scheduled screening of EFCC boss.‎

According to him, the board members of the anti-graft agency would also be screened. 

They are Nasule Moses, Lawan Maman, Garandaji Imam Naji and Adeleke Adebayo Rafiu.‎
