George Moghalu Reaffirms Call To Vote LP As Anambra Decides November 8

(DDM) – The Labour Party’s governorship candidate in the upcoming November 8 Anambra State election, Chief George Moghalu (Ohamadike), has issued a fresh appeal to Ndi Anambra to stand firm with the Labour Party (LP) in their collective quest for a better and more prosperous state.

In a brief but powerful message shared early Wednesday morning and obtained by Diaspora Digital Media (DDM), Moghalu said, “Good morning Ndi Anambra. Today is another day to remind you that you should vote LP – Anambra ga adị mma ọzọ.”

The statement, though short, has already stirred strong reactions across social media platforms, where supporters described it as a timely reminder of the Labour Party’s promise to restore transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance in the state.

According to DDM political correspondents in Awka, Moghalu’s consistent message of renewal and good governance has resonated with voters who are increasingly frustrated by economic hardship, insecurity, and perceived failures of past administrations.

Ohamadike, known for his calm but firm leadership style, has continued to emphasize that Anambra’s revival depends on the collective will of its people to make bold political choices based on character and competence, rather than financial inducement or ethnicity.

He has also urged voters, particularly youths, to participate actively in the electoral process, stressing that “good governance begins with the courage to vote right.”

Political analysts who spoke with DDM noted that Moghalu’s early morning message reflects a growing wave of confidence among LP supporters, following a series of successful rallies across major towns including Nnewi, Onitsha, and Awka.

With just days to the polls, the Labour Party’s campaign has gained significant ground, fueled by grassroots mobilization, the influence of the Peter Obi movement, and Moghalu’s long-standing record of public service.
