IBADAN, OYO STATE — The Oyo State Government has demolished a building allegedly used as a kidnappers’ hideout following the rescue of relatives of former Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, who were reportedly held captive at the location.
The demolition exercise was carried out in Ibadan after security operatives successfully secured the freedom of the victims during a coordinated operation aimed at dismantling criminal networks operating within the state.
Government officials said the property had been identified as a key base used by suspected kidnappers and other criminal elements.
