Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest has sparked concern after revealing that he is currently hospitalised, sharing videos of himself receiving treatment.
Taking to his Instagram story, the nightlife entrepreneur, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, posted clips showing himself on a drip, reflecting on health and gratitude.
“Nothing wey I never promise God today. Who dey healthy no really knows wetin God do for am. Drip na water,” he wrote.
In another post, he shared a moment with his wife by his side in the hospital, captioning it, “In sickness and in health. Till death do us apart.”
Reacting to the development, Kenyan social media personality Hellen Atti who has been embroiled in a long-running paternity dispute with the socialite made controversial remarks.
In a series of posts and videos, Atti expressed satisfaction over his condition, suggesting that it was a consequence of unresolved issues. She insisted that he must take responsibility and undergo a DNA test regarding the child she claims is his.
“You see, when a woman is crying, God is always finding a way,” she said, adding that he would not have peace until the matter is addressed.
She further warned that he would continue to face challenges if he refuses to “do the right thing,” reiterating her demand for a DNA test to establish paternity.
The exchange is the latest in an ongoing saga between both parties. The dispute dates back to 2023 when Atti publicly accused Cubana Chief Priest of abandoning her child. He has consistently denied the claim, maintaining that he is capable of taking responsibility for any child proven to be his.
The situation has continued to draw widespread attention online, with social media users divided over the claims and the tone of Atti’s reaction to his health condition.
As of now, Cubana Chief Priest has not publicly responded to her latest comments, while concerns about his health remain.
