Mbaoma leaves Remo Stars after an impressive individual campaign in which he finished as one of the Nigeria Premier Football League’s joint leading scorers with 14 league goals. His goalscoring exploits played a crucial role throughout the season and reinforced his reputation as one of the country’s most dependable centre-forwards.
Although his stay at Remo Stars lasted only one season, he quickly became a key figure within the squad through his leadership, movement inside the penalty area and ability to score in important matches.
