VIDEO: Trump announces presidential victory; Harris yet to concede

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has declared victory over Democratic rival Kamala Harris after being projected to win the key battleground states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia.

The projected states, plus other victories in favour of Trump, means he has clinched the presidency although yet to be officially announced by the American Electoral Commission.
