Breaking: Soludo’s Udo-Ga-Achi allegedly kill woman, others in Anambra

Breaking: Tragedy has struck the community of Mgbakwu in Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State as operatives of the newly established security outfit, Udo-Ga-Achi, allegedly killed a woman (name unidentified).

The incident occurred in the afternoon on Monday, 17th March 2025.

Eyewitnesses revealed that a convoy of at least six Sienna vehicles, believed to belong to Governor Soludo’s men, stormed the Mgbakwu community, opening fire indiscriminately.

The relentless gunshots caused chaos, sending terrified passers-by and traders at the popular Nkwo market into panic.

Amid the terror, a tragic accident occurred— a stray bullet struck a woman, killing her instantly.

Also, an elderly woman, seated on a moving motorbike, met a tragic fate when another motorcycle collided with hers, knocking her down.

Following this heart-wrenching incident, enraged youths from the community rallied.

They stormed the nearby Mgbakwu Police Station, voicing their frustration.

Some among the crowd were heard vehemently chanting their rejection of the Udo-Ga-Achi security outfit.
