Presidential Election Tribunal has commenced the hearing of a motion ex-parte filed by the Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar and his party to be allowed to inspect materials used for the February 23 presidential election.
A three-man panel led by Justice Abdul Aboki is currently taking argument from the lawyer of Atiku and PDP, Chris Uche (SAN).
