BREAKING: Court Vacates Order Restraining INEC From Proceeding With Rivers Polls

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday Vacate an ex parte order restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] from performing its functions of collation of results of the 2019 elections IN Rivers State.

The Rivers State AAC alliance had approached the court seeking it to restrain INEC from collating or announcing the results of the election.
