The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali-Pantami has directed the National Communication Commission [NCC] to ensure that there should be a maximum number of SIM cards Nigerians should own.
Dr. Ali-Pantami stated this yesterday in Abuja, saying that no Nigerian should have more than three phone numbers, hence, the reduction to possibly a maximum of three.
