Abdulmumin exposes Speaker Dogara over N40b budget padding

Abdulmumin Jibrin was on a rant on Twitter, accusing Speaker of House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara and other principal officers for going after him as a result of his refusal to allow them corner N40b during the budget exercise.
