Again DSS Refuses To Present Dasuki In Court; Case Adjourned

Published

The presiding judge in the case involving the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), was forced  to adjourn the trial on Tuesday.

This was owing to the fact that the Department of State Services [DSS] failed for the umpteenth time to present the former NSA in court.

Elombah.com gathered that the failure arises from Nigerian government’s demand for a secret trial for Dasuki.

Dasuki is accused of alleged criminal diversion of N19 billion while he headed the NSA.

The judge adjourned the case till Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
