Air Peace Unveils Abuja–London Flights, Slashes UK Travel Cost

Air Peace has officially launched bookings for its new direct Abuja–London flights, with round-trip fares starting from ₦1 million. The service will begin on October 26, 2025, and offers connections to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

In a statement released by airline spokesperson Efe Osifo-Whiskey, Air Peace confirmed that this marks the first time a Nigerian airline will fly directly from Abuja to both major London airports.

The airline described the offer as the most affordable ever seen on the Nigeria–UK route.

Passengers from any of Air Peace’s domestic destinations can now travel to London using a single ticket.

The new flight service allows travellers to avoid multiple bookings or baggage re-checks during transit.

It also gives travellers the flexibility to return through either London Heathrow or Gatwick.

The airline also provides London-based passengers easy access to 10 major Nigerian cities through Abuja. These include Lagos, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Kano, Benin, Asaba, Yola, Gombe, Warri, and Owerri. More cities will join the list soon.

Air Peace said the new route strengthens its vision to democratize international travel. It aims to make foreign trips easier, more affordable, and convenient for Nigerians.

With this ₦1 million round-trip fare and generous baggage allowance, more Nigerians can now travel without breaking the bank.

The airline also promises excellent value by connecting passengers across Nigeria and the United Kingdom without the usual layovers or long delays. The daily morning flights from Abuja to London and vice versa will simplify travel schedules for both business and leisure travellers.

This development follows recent fare slashes by Air Peace on its Lagos–London route and its student-friendly flight discounts.

“With the Abuja–London route, we are pushing beyond boundaries and creating real options for Nigerians,” the airline stated.

“We are proud to be the first and only Nigerian airline offering this level of domestic-international integration.”
