Anambra Central Re-run: Tension mounts as Ngige sets to run

Information at my disposal indicates that Chief Chris Nwabueze Ngige is at the last lap of consultation to join the race for March 5, re-run election.

Ngige is stepping out on the independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] insistence that the All Progressives Congress [APC] and the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] cannot field a fresh candidate.

All things being equal, Ngige may soonest resign to join the race.

If he wins Ngige is a potential senate president as he is likely to replace current Senate president, Bukola Abubakar Saraki.

With the entrance of Ngige, ndi Anambra central on March 5, 2016, will choose electing a potential senate president or a mere vuvuzela senator.

We are still tracking this story.

We shall bring in details and all the behind the scenes the moment we are done with verification.
