Anger is one of the strongest human emotions serving as an enemy to man.
It charges the mind negatively, burning the heart with hurting sensations and blocking the normal flow of speech vibration, with misleading judgement and understanding of situations.
Anger is an animal instinctual trait man inherited from the animal body. A man at anger energy often behaves like wild animals.
From Dr David Hawkins Map of Consciousness, ranging from 1-1000, where from 1-less than 200 is negative ( destructive) and 200- 1000 is positive ( constructive), Anger Energy is at 150.
Anger and Pride Energy at 175 constitute to the lower ego of man or intellectual ego.
Many elites and professionals have trained themselves above the much lower negative energies of Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief ( Sorrow),Fear and Desire but Anger and Pride still remain clinging to the soul.
Pride Energy at negative mindset is made up of conceit and arrogance. Intellectual development stops at Pride Energy level demanding Spiritual development to take over.
Spirituality starts with Courage
Spirituality starts with Courage at 200 at the Naturecratic Map of Consciousness. From Courage reaches out to Will, Reason, Love, Joy, Peace and Light.
The positive energies or talents are the fruits which the Creator endowed man with.
The negative energies are what man acquired in his wondering on earth.
Dr Hawkins Consciousness Research shows that more than 70% of the world population and more than 90% Nigerians are still at Negative Energy Levels. ( Dr David Hawkins, Power Vs Force, 1995).
The negative energy is the true CORRUPTION of the mind, the real enemy of man.
This is the cause of all sickness, all poverty and all premature death.
Transcending the negative mindset is the greatest challenge facing man.
At this Aquarian Age of Enlightenment, knowledge is now available in the world in all spheres of activity.
One who remains ignorant has made a dangerous choice of limitations for himself.
The mind can now be trained and cured of Negative Energy Levels.
The mind can be trained to be Positive in like manner the mind is trained to acquire intellectual and scholarly education.
This Mind Training and Mind Therapy are aspects of Naturecratic Education/Inspiration.
Leadership
Leadership is all about leading the people to unfolding their joy, happiness and satisfaction.
It is a spiritual concept above intellectual intelligence.
Leadership is looking unto God ( Chukwuokike) for guidance and direction.
Leadership without spirituality degenerates to Rulership, Autocracy and Dictatorship.
At this levels of degeneration, most expressions become VIOLENT or FORCEFUL.
At natural levels man act in Power.
Hence, Dr David Hawkins first work is called Power Vs Force.
Leadership inclines with Power while Rulership goes with Force.
Officers of IP Mission must undergo Mind Training and Mind Therapy programs to building the required Positive Mindset needed in the leadership of the mission.
Anger and Pride in the intellectual mind destroy greater part of energy and time for meaningful production, leaving residues of accumulated negativity which may spread out charging many vulnerable minds to violent behaviors.
The Negative Mindset is the Satan or Ekwensu of the mind, a quarrelsome mind,. Only knowledge can root it out.
Exhortation against anger
I call on IP leaders to each make deliberate efforts to train the mind above negative energies.
This is done by studying some inspirational books and making efforts to return to Nature and to true Culture.
If one takes the training serious, he can overcome negative mindset within 6 months.
A trained mind is a positive mind, a regenerated mind, a born anew mind, a godly mind and a Christconciousness mind.
A mind that can flow with Odinani Igbo.
This is the Mind of spiritual and intellectual intelligence needed to lead Ndigbo out of the present levels of decay in all fronts.
It is only such trained mind that can practice a Zero Corruption mechanism.
The conception verges on absolute purity of heart.
It is an ideal concept which we can only measure percentages of it but hardly can measure it’s perfection.
Zero Corruption is therefore an ongoing project which never finishes.
We must take the principle for what it is.
Better for each leader training himself to rise in the ideology than being a judge over others.
Faultering one’s neighbors all the time is evidence of negative mindset, leading to continuous quarrel and conflicts, destroying love ( Ifunanya ) and peace ( Udoka) and disuniting the people into camps and cliques, reducing productivity.

We must strive to overcome them no matter the cost!
In a Zero Corruption system, a leader unable to gain positive mindset is finally rejected to avoid polluting and destroying the system.
Irrespective of his intellectual cleverness, removing him must be done as the only safeguard of the system.
One Judas Iscariot can destroy a whole mission.
True system or institution is more than any individual.
Individuals come and go, live and die, but institution lives for many other peoples.
Leaders must guard the system above personal interest!
In conclusion, IP leaders and other IPers should train themselves above negative energies of the mind as to achieve the broad objectives of Igboebinie Plc.
