APC inconclusive election mars Anambra Central primaries

The drama of the APC primaries that will produce the flag bearer for the party against the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA], Chief Sir Victor Umeh has taking another twist this morning , as the chairman of the committee, Senator Obande after having secret meetings with APGA agents last night escaped this morning back to Abuja .

Nobody knows why he left his job unfinished before leaving, unless the mid-morning meeting brought something that cannot be left in hotel room in Awka.

According to APC constitution , primaries can be held if the chairman or the secretary of the committee with members of the committee are present.

As it is not the secretary that is present, the primaries will be concluded with the powers of the constitution and by and large the winner of the election will be announced officially before the end of work today .

Meanwhile, Senator Uche Ekwunife, the obiri ohamadike aka na ani has shone the light once again.

So far below are the votes casted from Aniocha, Njikoka, Dunukofia, Awka South [remain Awka North , Idemmili , North and South]:

Sharon 35 votes

Uche 284 votes

It could be recalled that the APC National Working Committee, on Wednesday, barred Iyom Ekwunife from the race, following which she challenged the decision.
