The Appeal Court Enugu sacks the DG Obiano 2017 campaign organization who is also his Political Adviser on Ndi Igwe Matter, HRH Igwe Rowland Odeigbo as Igwe of Nteje.
The Appeal Court dethroned Igwe Odeigbo who is the most trusted and closest Igwe to gov Obiano and installed Engr Barr Charles Aduaka as the Authentic Igwe of Nteje.
The former Igwe was behind the fake and false second term endorsement of Obiano by ndi Igwe.
He was the one who forced ndi Igwe to sign that document under duress.
He threatened that their staff of office will be withdrawn should they decline to endorse Obiano for second tenure.
When the news filtered in yesterday, Nteje went agog with people dancing and popping champagne.
Igwe Odeigbo lost the case at the high court and went on appeal, and has lost at the Appeal Court also.
However, it was gathered that Obiano has refused to obey the court judgement and issue certificate of office to Engr Charles Aduaka as the authentic Igwe of Nteje as ordered by the court of appeal Enugu.
Obiano’s stand will definitely create serious crisis at Nteje community.
Obiano should obey the court judgement before he sets Nteje on fire.
Meanwhile, it was also revealed that out of fear of going to jail for court contempt, Chief Rowland Odeigbo has rushed to his facebook timeline and changed his profile to “former” Traditional ruler of Nteje. See below:
