Billionaire business man, Chief Arthur Eze has impounded cars belonging to Senator Andy Uba over a loan of fifty million naira following a court order.

According to reports, Senator Andy Uba owes Chief Arthur Eze fifty million naira and refused to pay him back.

Senator Uba had reportedly taken a loan of N50 million from Oranto Petroleum Limited prior to the 2017 Anambra State governorship election wherein he featured as an aspitant under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Chief Eze went to court and obtained a judgement against the erstwhile senator, also a billionaire business man.

He got the judgement against Uba on March 6 in a case presided over by Justice Mbonu Nwenyi of the Aguata Judicial Division in Ekwulobia.

The judgement was executed yesterday as officials of the Execution Unit of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja, working in tandem with officers of the Nigeria Police Force went to Uba’s residence at No. 49 T.Y Danjuma Street, Asokoro in Abuja.

The officials seized all available vehicles in the premises and left.

Meanwhile, Andy Uba is claiming that the 50 million Naira was a donation made by Arthur Eze to his campaign project and not a loan.

The court, however, said evidence before it shows that it was a loan and not a donation and ruled otherwise.
