The 12-member squad has a central command, with two Supervisors – one for each autonomous community.

Each officer will be paid 20,000 Naira per month, while the supervisors will be paid 25,000 per month.
There is now a search for a general commander for the joint force. Any retired military personnel or retired Police personnel from Lorji, who is interested in being considered for the Commander position may contact either of the Supervisors.
Virtually all uniforms and equipment for the joint force so far, including an office at Ekeukwu Lorji, were provided courtesy of the personal funds of the Commissioner, who hails from the community.
