Bindow Has Shown Himself To Be Governor Of All Says World Lutheran Bishop

The President of Lutheran World Federation (LWF),Most Rev. Musa Panti Filibus while paying a courtesy visit to  the  Governor of Adamawa state in Yola, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow that he  has shown himself in many areas to be a Governor of all people without showing sentiment of whatever type.

Musa asserted that Bindow organised a big welcome home event when he was  newly appointed the president of LWF,the church that is being represented in over 145 countries with 92 million followership (Membership) in the world.

According to him Bindow has proved that he is for all and proud of the fact that the Son (Panti) of Adamawa state is number one in the Lutheran Church world wide.

While thanking the Adamawa State government and the federal government for their efforts to Wade off the issues of insurgency,he commended the governor in his giant effort in the education sector.

“I’m glad to note while there is widespread outcry of increasing challenges in the education sector in the country, your government has gone ahead in advance to declare a state of emergency in the sector as well as health in the state. We are gratified to hear in the News that ground breaking ceremonies have already been held in some places.” He said

”Let me equally acknowledge the infrastructural and developmental strides your government has made since coming to power. For example, the Yola international Hotel where guests can be accommodated,the roads networks in the state capital which has change the state capital and some local governments headquarters such as Numan,the seat of the LCCN headquarters, Mubi, Shelleng, Guyuk and others. It is our prayers that the spirit with which these initiatives have been started will be maintained to their completion for the good of the entire citizens of Adamawa state.” He added

Filibus who is also the Archbishop of Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN) passionately requested that more Christian Religion Knowledge (CRK) teachers in both primary and secondary schools in the state should be employed.

Emphasizing the need of the employment because is critical in order to restore moral values that are in Short of supply today in many dimensions of the Nigerian society.

While responding Governor Bindow assured him of liaising with the ministry of Education to employ more teachers of CRK
