BREAKING: Afrobeat artist, Wizkid loses mum

Nigeria Afrobeat artist, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has lost his mother.

Mrs Jane Dolapo Balogun reportedly died on Friday.

While confirming the death, Sunday Aare, manager to the Nigerian music superstar, said Mrs Balogun died in the wee hours of Friday.

“Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am,” Aare said.
