This could be the end of the road for New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), as the court of appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday upheld the judgement of Kano governorship election petition tribunal, declaring APC candidate, Nasiru Gawuna, as winner of the gubernatorial election in the state.
The appellate court in what has been tagged controversial judgement struck out the appeal lodged by the NNPP candidate and governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf.
