Buhari, Osinbajo, Tinubu, APC Stakeholders Hold Nat’l Caucus Meeting [Updated]

President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other All Progressives  Congress [APC] stakeholders are locked in a national caucus meeting ahead of the 2019 general election holding on February 23, 2019.

The meeting started at the APC National Secretariat around 11.30am when the President arrived.

State governors at the meeting included that of Zamfara, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Jigawa, Borno, Bauchi, Kebbi, Niger, Lagos and Kaduna state.

Also in attendance were the Senate leader, Ahmad Lawan, senators, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, ministers, et al.

Top on the burner in the meeting includes the postponement of the general elections by a week as well as issues affecting the party.

President Buhari is presiding at Caucus meeting in Abuja but the governors of Imo, Rochas Okorocha and Ogun, Ibikunle Amosun were conspicuously absent at the meeting.
