The Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] has declared that President Muhammadu Buhari has won the Kwara State Presidential Election held on February 23.
Buhari scored 308,984 votes to beat Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] who secured 138,184 votes.
INEC Collation Officer declared Buhari winner on Monday.
